Are your gemstones real and natural?

Yes! All of our gemstones are 100% natural and ethically sourced. Each stone is unique, so slight variations in colour, pattern, or clarity are completely normal and part of what makes every piece one of a kind. When doing custom designs, the customers can choose the grade (quality) of the gemstone.

What metals do you use in your jewelry?

We use high quality sterling silver (.925) and real gold (you can specify 10k/14k/18k or gold vermeil/gold-filled). We also offer pure copper as a metal option, as it's becoming increasingly popular. Our metals are hypoallergenic and designed for long lasting wear.

Will sterling silver or gold tarnish over time?

Sterling silver can naturally oxidize, but it’s easy to polish and restore to a bright shine. All orders include a La Rosa pouch that doubles as a cleaning cloth. With proper care, our gold pieces are resistant to tarnishing. We always recommend storing jewelry in a dry, airtight place to maintain its color.

How should I care for my gemstone jewelry?

Natural gemstones should be kept away from harsh chemicals, water, extreme heat, and direct impact. Clean gently with mild soap and water, but always make sure you dry the piece very thoroughly. Store pieces individually to prevent scratching or dulling.

Are your pieces safe for sensitive skin?

Yes! Sterling silver and real gold are safe for most people with sensitive skin. Our materials are free from nickel and other irritating alloys, making them a great choice for everyday wear.

Do your gemstones have any special meanings or properties?

Yes! Each natural gemstone carries its own symbolism and energetic meaning, from protection and grounding to love and clarity. We include gemstone meanings in our product descriptions so you can choose pieces that resonate with you!

Can your jewelry be worn daily?

Absolutely. Our sterling silver and gold pieces are designed for everyday wear. However, to keep your gemstones looking vibrant, we recommend removing jewelry before heavy workouts, swimming/showering/bathing/sauna/hot tub or before using chemical-based products.

Do you do custom orders?

What happens if I order something and it's the wrong size or breaks?

We stand behind our brand and products 100%. If you ordered a piece and it's the wrong size, please send us an email, and we would love to correct it for you! If your jewelry breaks, we kindly ask you to gather all the pieces and mail them back to us, and we will fix it free of charge. How to determine my size?

We provide a sizing chart and tips for measuring at home. The best bet is to use a cloth measuring tape (sewing tape) or a piece of string, then measure the string to determine the size needed. If you’re unsure, you can also visit a local jeweler to get an accurate size. When in doubt, sizing up is usually the safest choice in case we need to resize later.
