How long does it take to complete custom orders?

Custom orders typically take between two weeks up to two months, depending on stone availability, rarity and complexity of the build.

Are deposits for custom orders refundable?

No. All deposits for custom orders are non-refundable. The deposit covers the time spent designing your piece and the cost of acquiring the stones specifically purchased for your custom jewelry. This deposit is applied toward the final cost of your piece upon completion.

How soon will in-stock items ship?

All in-stock designs and purchases are shipped within 14 days.

How do I check the status of my order?

What if I’m unhappy with the custom piece you designed for me?

If you are unhappy with your custom design, you must notify us upon receiving the final pictures and prior to making your final payment. Once the final payment is made, the piece is considered approved.

Do bracelets come with a warranty?

Yes. All bracelets include a lifetime warranty.

What happens if my bracelet breaks?

If the bracelet breaks due to manufacturing issues, it is fully covered at no cost to you. If it breaks due to unforeseen circumstances or accidental damage, we offer repairs for a small fee to cover shipping.

Do you allow exchanges?

Yes, for non-custom items, if unworn, and you cover the shipping cost.
