Shipping policy

Custom orders can take up 2 to 3 months.. Depending on stock, acquiring of rear stones and the amount of pieces ahead of yours.

In stock designs and purchases will be shipped within 14 days and shipping time is dependent on your location.

All Deposits on custom orders are non refundable, due to the fact that the time spent designing your piece of jewelry and the money utilized to purchase the stones that you've hired me to use in your new piece of jewelry, will be covered by your first deposit, which only only goes toward your custom piece of jewelry upon completion..

 Return policy.. If you are unhappy with a piece that we have designed for you. You must bring it to our attention when you see the pictures before you make your final payment .

Warranty on bracelets is lifetime. If you break the bracelet due to unforeseen circumstances, there's a small fee to cover shipping. If it brakes due to manufacturing, it is covered one hundred percent by us.. we hope that you'll be just as honest with us as we will always be with you.
